Our Journey

Edibowl’d began with a simple idea: comfort food should be fun, filling, and a little bit bold. After years of working in the food industry and feeding our own family with hearty, homemade meals, we dreamed up a new way to serve the classics — inside scratch-made, edible bowls. What started as a small food truck concept in Texas quickly captured attention for its creativity and flavor. We knew we were onto something special, and the vision of a permanent home for Edibowl’d began to grow.

Now based in Avon, Indiana, we’re excited to bring Edibowl’d to the community we call home. Every bowl and every bite is made with care — from cornbread and sourdough bowls baked fresh in-house to chili, mac & cheese, breakfast scrambles, and even desserts crafted to fill them. We’re here to serve families, foodies, and anyone looking for a new twist on their favorite comfort dishes. Our journey is just getting started, and we can’t wait to grow, serve, and share our table with you.
